We are able to check employment records, reference checks, background checks, and individual skills testing.
Direct Hire
At RMS, we have the capacity to conduct both “contingency” based or “retained” searches for your professional recruiting needs. We have the technology and training to conduct searches in the areas of manufacturing, construction, accounting, human resources, environmental, information technology and health care.
Contracting
At RMS, we are capable of filling contract positions in all industries. We use our sister company (National Staffing Alternatives) to coordinate all of our contract placements. All fees and mark-ups are determined on a case by case basis.

Pre-screen interview results along with resume are submitted to you by RMS.
